Year Round Mission Support

WMU verticalWMU is Mission minded because a mission minded lifestyle is LIFE CHANGING!

The important thing is that all people have the opportunity to radically participate in the mission of God.

WMU is committed to Mission Support.

Throughout the year our team of women help to coordinate fundraisers within our community to support mission work around the world. Twice a year, WMU emphasizes specific Mission Support opportunities: The Lottie Moon Christmas offering for International Missions and the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering for North American Missions.

Christmas and Easter are significant holidays celebrating the work of Jesus Christ in the lives of believers. That makes these two times of the year the ideal times to focus on Mission and Mission support.

Faith Fabric & Yarn

Meets the 2nd Thursday of Each Month | 9am

Faith Fabric and Yarn is a unique ministry opportunity for women who like to sew, quilt or crochet.  There are also opportunities for women who create accessory items like hand bags, duffels, and hats/scarfs.  The items created by this group are given to the needy in the Quad Cities and beyond.  The ladies of Faith Fabric & Yarn are committed to using the gifts and talents that were given to them by God to care for others.
